Reminder: Monthly Meeting Thursday, 2/2/2017

BPD Emerald Society monthly meeting this Thursday 2/2/2017 at Emerald Hall-10 Birch St, Roslindale. Doors open at 7:00 PM. Meeting starts at 8:00 PM. Squads 3 & 4 Off. This monthly meeting is jointly hosted by the Emerald Society of the Boston Police and the Irish American Police Officers Association of MA.

There will also be live Irish music by "Irish Whispa".
Emerald Society gear will be available for sale at this Thursdays monthly meeting. Emerald Society gear is perfect idea for your upcoming St. Patrick Day festivities.
New items include Emerald Society Gym bag for only $20.

Back by popular demand are our Emerald Pom Pom hats $20. We also have plain black or navy blue knit hats for  $15.

September Monthly Meeting-September 8, 2016 at 8:00 PM

Hi all, and I hope this labor day weekend finds some enjoyment and relaxation with friends and family. Here are some quick updates from the hall, road race planning, and renovation progress.

We are in need for our membership to step up and volunteer with a variety areas. We need some volunteers for the following events/causes.

Saturday September 3, 2016 Noon- assist Dave Hogan in leaflet drops for notification letters to our abutters affected by next weekend's road race. If interested in assisting please email Dave Hogan at hogirish47@gmail.com or just show up at the hall tomorrow at noon.

Monday September 5, 2016 7:00 PM-assist in wiping down tables and chairs part of hall clean up. Any questions or plan on helping please email emeraldboston@gmail.com.

Tuesday September 6, 2016 8:00 PM-final road race meeting-we need volunteers and thereafter help with additional hall cleanup.

Thursday September 8, 2016 8:00 PM-September Monthly Meeting

Sunday September 11, 2016 11:00 AM-Emerald Society 8th Annual Halfway to St Patrick's Day Road Race benefiting Cops for Cancer.
